Setup fee $29.99, once.
Deposit fee 3.5% + $0.30 of the deposit. Our fee never exceeds $15 on one booking.
Most providers take the balance at the appointment on their own reader, and nothing from that reaches us. If you do collect a balance through ClientHaus it counts toward the same $15, though each charge carries its own 30 cents.
We take no percentage of a travel fee. Only the card network's cost of moving it is deducted — 2.9%, at cost — and that sits on top of the $15 rather than inside it.
Some providers take a deposit every time. Some only for new clients.
On a deposit, Stripe's processing comes out of that fee rather than on top of it.
