ClientHaus provides booking, communication, and client-management tools for appointment-based service businesses. By using ClientHaus to submit a booking request, request a quote, contact a provider, or interact with the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Service Description
ClientHaus helps connect clients with independent service providers, including stylists, barbers, cosmetologists, bridal professionals, tattoo artists, nail technicians, and estheticians. The platform may be used for appointment requests, scheduling updates, service inquiries, quote follow-ups, and related client communications.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current contact information when submitting a booking or inquiry.
- Use ClientHaus only for legitimate booking, service, and communication purposes.
- Communicate respectfully with service providers and support contacts.
- Review service details, pricing, travel requirements, and appointment expectations before confirming a booking when that information is made available.
Text Messaging Consent
By entering your phone number and submitting a booking form, contact form, or related request on ClientHaus, you agree to receive transactional and customer-care text messages about your booking, appointment, quote, or support request. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, quote follow-ups, scheduling updates, and one-to-one support replies.

- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

Payments and Provider Services
Payments for services may be collected through ClientHaus or through third-party providers such as Stripe. ClientHaus helps facilitate booking and communication, but the underlying professional services are provided by the independent service provider. Questions or disputes about the actual services performed, scheduling decisions, cancellations, or service outcomes may need to be resolved with the provider.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with normal operation, submit false or misleading booking requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use ClientHaus for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
ClientHaus provides booking and communication tools on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientHaus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from services provided by independent professionals using the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClientHaus after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
