ClientHaus — Get more bookingsGet found on Google, collect reviews, then pick from five free ways and five low-cost ways. Every one leads to your ClientHaus page. Ask every new client how they found you.
Clients search Google for a pro near them. A free Google Business Profile puts you on Google Search and Maps, and with your ClientHaus page as its website, one tap takes them to book you. Every live ClientHaus page already has a Google-ready title and is on the list of pages we give Google. The profile has to come from you, because Google only accepts it from the owner.
Step-by-step guide →Reviews are one of the biggest things Google looks at when it decides who to show first, and the first thing a new client reads. Ask every client, honestly. Never pay or reward for a review: Google removes them.
On ClientHaus? Save your Google review link on your Overview so we can send it to the clients you choose after their visit.
Your Google Business Profile can show a Book button on Google Search and Maps. Add your ClientHaus booking link and clients tap Book, pick a time and book you, with no login.
Your link looks like https://clienthaus.com/book?focus=nail-tech&provider=luna-nails. On ClientHaus? Copy yours from your Overview.
Google takes one link per site, so add only this one. No Business Profile yet, or not verified? Start with the guide.
More clients now ask Google's SI answers for a pro, not just the search bar. Those answers quote pages that state clear facts: what you do, what it costs, where and when. Your ClientHaus page already does this part: it shows your services, prices, city and hours as plain facts, and tells Google your trade and city in a form it reads directly. Once your city is set, you are also on Find a pro for your city.
Your part
Five free ways and five low-cost ways. Pick two free ones this week, or one paid one for a month.
On ClientHaus? Your QR code is ready. Sign in and download it from your page's share screen. Not yet? See plans. Making your own QR code? Use a plain QR code. Never print a “trackable” one from a free trial: it stops working when the trial ends.
How to use the prompts
Want more bookings? Five free ways, shown with Frida Stylist's ClientHaus page.
One: put your QR in your window and at your station. Point, tap, and your page opens.
Two: swap cards with the boutique or coffee shop next door. You hand out theirs, they hand out yours.
Three: claim your free Google Business Profile. Add your booking link. Verifying can take a few days.
Four: post a before-and-after each week, with your client's okay. Put your booking link in your bio.
Five: text every client your Google review link. Ask honestly. Never pay or reward for reviews.
Pick two this week. Everything leads to your ClientHaus page, like Frida Stylist's. Learn more at clienthaus.com.
1. Your QR code in the window and at your station
Print your QR code big, with "Scan to book" above it. People point their phone camera, tap, and your page opens.
Design a printable 8.5 x 11 window sign for my [your trade] business, [your business name]. My name at the top, "Scan to book" in large letters, and an empty square in the middle where I'll put my QR code. Clean, easy to read from the sidewalk.
2. Swap cards with the business next door
Ask a boutique, coffee shop or gym nearby: you hand out their cards, they hand out yours.
Write a short, friendly message I can say or text to the owner of the [coffee shop / boutique] next door, asking to swap business cards: I hand out theirs, they hand out mine. Keep it under 60 words.
3. Your free Google Business Profile
Claim it, add your ClientHaus page as your website, and add photos. Google can take a few days to verify you.
Write a Google Business Profile description (under 750 characters) for [your business name], a [your trade] in [your city]. Mention [your specialties] and that clients can book online. Warm and plain, no hype.
4. A before-and-after every week
With your client's okay, post one before-and-after a week. Put your booking link in your Instagram bio.
Write 3 short Instagram captions for a before-and-after of a [service]. Friendly, one emoji at most, 3 hashtags for [your city], and end with "Book with the link in my bio."
5. Ask every client for a review
Text your Google review link after each visit. Ask honestly. Never pay or reward for reviews: Google removes them.
Write a short, warm text asking a client to leave me a Google review, using this link: [your review link]. Thank them for coming in. Don't offer anything in return.
These are what other companies charge (Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, print shops), not ClientHaus prices. You pay them directly; ClientHaus gets nothing.
Under thirty dollars each. Five paid ways to get more bookings, shown with Frida Stylist.
One: boost your best reel for about five dollars a week. Tap Boost, pick people near you.
Two: run one small Facebook ad with a Book Now button. About a dollar a day.
Three: give a client ten dollars off her next visit when her friend books and shows up.
Four: a sidewalk sign with your QR, big, if your landlord allows it. About thirty to sixty dollars.
Five: a nice QR holder, from Amazon or a print shop, about ten to twenty dollars. Counter and window.
Pick one. Try it for a month. Ask every new client how they found you. Keep what works.
1. Boost your best Reel· about $5, paid to Instagram
Put your booking link in your bio first. Then tap Boost on your best Reel and pick people near you. Boosts start at about $1 a day, so $5 runs one for five days.
Give me 5 hook lines for the first two seconds of a Reel showing a [service] transformation. Short, curious, no clickbait.
2. One small Facebook ad with a Book Now button· about $25 for 5 days, paid to Facebook
An ad that sends people to your page starts at about $5 a day, so run it for five days and stop. (A boosted post can run on $1 a day.) Set the button to Book Now and the link to your ClientHaus page.
Write a Facebook ad for my [your trade] business in [your city]: a headline under 40 characters and two short sentences, ending with Book Now. Only say things that are true about my business: [two facts].
3. A referral credit· $10 off your own price, when it works
Give a client $10 off their next visit when a friend they send books and shows up. Reward bookings only, never reviews.
Write the back of a referral card that fits on a business card: "Give this to a friend. When they book and come in, you get $10 off your next visit." Make it friendly and short.
4. A sidewalk sign with your QR code· price set by the seller
An A-frame sign by your door, QR code big with an arrow to it. Basic plastic ones are the cheapest. Check with your landlord and city first.
Design a sidewalk A-frame sign for [your business name]: "Scan to book" in big letters, an arrow pointing to an empty square for my QR code, and one line about [your specialty]. Readable from 10 feet.
5. A QR holder for the counter and window· about $10–$20 at Amazon or a print shop
A clear 5 x 7 stand from Amazon, Displays2Go or a print shop, with your QR code inside. One on the counter, one in the window.
Write the words for a small 5 x 7 counter sign: my name, "Scan to book your next visit", and one line about [your specialty]. Under 20 words.
1. Put your page link everywhere
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok bios, your email signature, and your business cards (print your QR code on them). Every link brings clients to one place to book.
2. Claim your free Apple and Bing listings
Apple Maps uses Apple Business Connect, and Bing uses Bing Places. Both are free; put your ClientHaus page as your website.
3. Keep your name, phone and hours the same everywhere
Google trusts details that match. Different hours or an old number on another site make it unsure which one is right.
4. Answer every review, good or bad
A short thank-you, or a calm reply to a bad one. New clients read your answers, and Google recommends replying.
5. Post to your Google profile now and then
A new photo of your work or a short update every week or two shows clients and Google you're open and busy.
6. Team up with local partners
Wedding venues, photographers, and salons that don't do your service can link to your page and send you clients. Offer to do the same for them.
Every price on this page is what another company charged in October 2026, and it changes. None of them is a ClientHaus price, and ClientHaus isn't paid by any company named here. Questions: help.
